New imagery and details about Mercedes-Benz's upcoming 2013 G63 AMG Edition SUV has made their way to the Internet ... and here they are.The newly redesigned model boasts a twin-turbocharged engine, cranking out 544 horsepower and 560 pound-feet of torque. It also features the AMG Speedshift Plus 7G Tronic automatic transmission and a permanent all-wheel drive system with front, center and rear locking differentials.As far as aesthetic changes, the G63 has newly designed grill with chrome accents over black mesh; the bumper has been reimagined with thicker and more aggressive look; and it also utilizes the same LED running lights as the 2013 G550.A release date and price point wasn't confirmed, but reports estimate the pricetag running somewhere upwards of $125,000. |
